EVVA will, of course, also assist you once project advisory, installation and training are complete. If required, we will undertake essential security services for you, such as providing a 24 hour hotline, remote support, maintenance or fault repair.
Customised service at a fixed price: We can provide you with attractive service packages with contractually guaranteed response times – from our BASIC care package to the PREMIUM one. You can rely on us. Regular maintenance will keep your security system in tip-top condition throughout its life cycle. Should a fault arise, we are able to guarantee repairs within the agreed service times. We will also install updates and upgrades, so that your system is adapted to new security requirements and is used to its best advantage.
