Master key system end users

Managing a master key system. Displaying all information relevant to the mechanism.

Managing as many mechanisms as required and dividing them into groups. Within a group the key management works across the whole system. You can also produce your own systems and groups. EVVA master key system information can also be supplied if required.
Key data can be saved onto a data floppy disk at any time (delivery by post or on CD).
Integrated user management incl. allocation of authorisations.
Comprehensive import functions, e.g.: personnel details, door data in XLS format, system data for external mechanisms (this requires the manufacturer's KWD file).
Editing of keys and key users
Key transactions (allocation, return, lost key reports, error reports) with confirmation printout .
In addition, the required key allocation approval, the key depository, the auxiliary number, the due date and details about mechanical / electronic keys can also be recorded.
Definition and management of bunches of keys (covers the whole system).
The programme can automatically report any outstanding keys (return control).
Key transaction confirmations can be configured by the user.
Scanning to display keys and people can be sorted as required. The layout of the list can be changed. The scanning lists can be exported as Excel or HTM documents.
Integrated addition, ordering and delivery option: compiling orders for existing or new keys, accepting deliveries.

Cylinder and door data processing
Cylinder transactions (installation, dismantling, error reporting).
Mechanism data (incl. cylinder and blocking function data) can be updated using a data floppy disk at any time (delivered by e-mail or on CD).
Scanning to display all mechanism-relevant connections - this can be sorted as required. The layout of the list can be changed. The scanning lists can be exported as Excel or HTM documents.
Integrated addition, ordering and delivery option: compiling orders for existing or new keys, accepting deliveries.
