news, press | 11. February 2011 EVVA Italia: EVVA sets up new subsidiary in Italy
EVVA has taken over its long-standing Italian distributor Dinamica Chiavi and has thus set up its 15th subsidiary in Europe: EVVA Italia.
The subsidiary manager is Alessandro Spadoni, who also managed Dinamica Chiavi businesses. On founding EVVA Italia, EVVA is taking a further important step in its growth strategy and strengthening its position in the European security sector on a sustainable basis.
Mechanical Locking System ICS
"EVVA is primarily focussing on distribution structures to ensure that solutions such as the ICS Locking System become even more firmly established on the Italian market," says Stefan Ehrlich-Adám, CEO of the EVVA Group. As a relatively inexpensive reversible key system, ICS (Inner Code System) is a great hope for the Italian market. EVVA has already been very successful on the Italian market with its mechanical and electronic locking systems.
Regional variation
The Italian market varies considerably from region to region, with North Italy and South Tyrol in particular being very similar to the rest of the European market. The catchment area around Rome and the city itself are other key regions where EVVA will seek to market its products in the future.
