The City of Vienna to fund 50% of purchase price for alarm systems
Life as a tobacconist is not exactly without risk. There are reports of raids or break-ins at tobacconist shops almost on a daily basis. There are already cases where victims have resorted to arms themselves, a somewhat risky move. There is, however, a far less risky alternative: a professional security system. Such systems are now being subsidised by the City of Vienna, as promised by the city's mayor, Michael Häupl. Tobacconists in Vienna are to be reimbursed 50% of the full purchase price for a new alarm system, up to a maximum of 1,000 Euros. However, purchasers need to be careful when choosing a system, since they are not always offered a certified, professional system. You can only be assured of high-grade, time-tested products if they are acquired from a reputable, experienced security company.
Financial aid plus 20% special offer discount on EVVA alarm systems
EVVA, the best-known security systems provider in Austria, is responding to the series of raids on tobacconists with a special campaign: All tobacconists in Vienna will receive a 20% special discount in addition to the planned subsidy when they purchase a new EVVA alarm system. The campaign will run until the end of 2010. These price concessions will enable tobacconists to acquire an alarm system certified by the Austrian Security Company Association for as low as 750 Euros. You can receive further information on 02622 42288 21 or 02622 42288 38.
Professional alarm systems offer tobacconists double protection:
1) In the event of a raid: Users can immediately alert the police using the handy, portable raid alarm button.
2) Against burglaries: The outside audible alarm deters thieves; sensor alarms register attempted burglaries outside opening hours and immediately alert the police or contracted security services. This is an opportunity to acquire greater security which shouldn't be missed. Not good news for thieves and burglars.
